Description of Project:

Full M&E Services replacement of an existing 8,000ft2, 4-storey office building and modernisation of the existing lift installation. The building originally dates from 1970 and all existing systems are to be replaced to incorporate energy efficient LED Lighting, VRV Heating & Cooling Systems and a modern reception area.
