The Arcade refurbishment is now complete. The project has commenced and completed during the difficulties experienced by everyone during the last 12 months. This is a testament to the efforts of both the design and construction teams.

We have recently completed the design and contract supervision of the installation of a 800KVA Gas Fired Generator Set in the Basinghall Street corporate headquarters building for Standard Chartered Bank. The Generator achieves a further level of resilience in the building and reduces electrical power consumption and operational costs.

The office development recently achieved completion, BSDa acted as M&E Services Consultants for the scheme which now visually creates an iconic building frontage on Fulham Palace Road, the offices are arranged above the newly created retail units at ground floor level.
Successful completion of central boiler replacement at 1 Lett Road

BSDa were employed to determine the cause of repeated heating interruptions to the 64 apartments contained within 1 Lett Road , Stratford. Having determined the issues and provided a remedial works package, the boiler replacement works took place on the fully occupied building which is now served by a resilient, effective and efficient boiler system comprising of modular floor standing condensing boiler units as well as duplex strainers and a side stream filtration system.
Low carbon Sue Ryder Hospice at Thorpe Hall makes shortlist for LABC awards

Finsihed in 2015, Sue Ryder's new build 20-bed hopsice has been submitted for both RIBA and LABC awards. The low energy building has made the shortlist for LABC awards. BSDa provided the MEPH design which achieves low carbon emissions thanks to a closed loop ground source heat pump providing space heating and free cooling.

BSDa provided the MEPH design solution for the conversion of a 3 storey office building to 21 high specification apartments in
Finchampstead Road
, Wokingham. The project utilises a central boiler system to provide primary heating to apartment underfloor heating circuits and hot water generation. Plots were selling fast during construction and the last of the units were sold early in 2016.
