Description of Project:

Full M&E Services design for a new annex extension and re-modelling of the existing facilities within a fully operational facility. The annex comprises of a 2-storey building linked to the existing building via an enclosed walkway.

An additional 10No. bedrooms and 4No self-supporting living spaces have been achieved.
