Project Features:

Apartments in the building (originally completed 2010) experienced repeated and prolonged heating and hot water interruptions and BSDa were utilised to determine the source of the issues and provide a resilient, reliable and effective engineered solution.

New modular condensing floor standing boilers installed to replace the existing wall hung units which were in poor condition. Duplex filtration system introduced and side stream filtration re-configured to provide optimum protection to apartment heat interface units.
