Description of Project:

Full M&E Services, Design and Supervision of a full refurbishment of an existing office building, creating 2No. additional floors and a total floor area of 60,000ft2, due for completion in February 2021. The project is aiming to achieve BREEAM 'Excellent' and utilises energy efficient lighting, heat recovery ventilation and high efficiency VRV Comfort Cooling Systems.

The use of exposed M&E Services creates a vibrant visual interior appearance, suited to the locations.
