Description of Project:

A new build 35,000ft2, 2-storey neurological care facility delivering 44 ensuite bedrooms and 4No. single bed bungalows for independent living.

The facility accomodates a commercial kitchen, hydrotherapy pool and laundry equipment.

The M&E Services installation includes high efficiency boilers, standby generation and fire sprinkler protection systems, together with 600kw CHP unit to provide a low energy solution.
